The preview

1. By typing your @ you allow us to read your public Instagram profile ONCE (name, bio, links, photos and recent posts) to create your website preview. We never ask for your password or sign in with your account. With that same permission we read your link page (Linktree or similar), your website and your menu (PDF too) ONCE to build your website with what you already published there: WhatsApp, address, opening hours, menu with prices, bookings and photos of your place. We identify ourselves as NexiLabs, never sign in, and read them even if those pages do not accept robots in general, because you, as their owner, allow us to. Any other page is read only if the site allows it.
2. We copy your photos to our storage so your website does not depend on Instagram links. They are only used for your website.
3. We use artificial intelligence to suggest your industry, describe your photos and write texts from what you already published. We never make up data: you fill in what is missing.
4. If you upload your data by hand, you confirm you have the right to use that logo and those photos.
5. You can ask us to delete your preview and your photos at any time. If you do not buy it, it is deleted automatically after 30 days without use.
6. Using your name and city, we look up your business once on Google Maps to fill in the address, phone or hours missing from your Instagram. We show you what we found and you decide if it is your business: if you say no, we remove it. We never use Google reviews or ratings.

Who can request the website

By requesting a website you declare that you own the Instagram profile or the business, or are authorized by its owner, and that you have the right to use the texts, photos, logos and trademarks it contains. Otherwise NexiLabs may unpublish the website and delete the preview.

What you pay

A one-time payment for the website and a yearly fee for domain and hosting, at the prices you see before paying. The editor is included. There is no monthly fee. Payments are processed by Wompi.

Publishing and 7-day review

Your website goes live as soon as the payment is confirmed. Then a person from NexiLabs reviews it within 7 days. If it has not been reviewed by then, the website is automatically unpublished until it is reviewed. NexiLabs may also unpublish it if the content is illegal, misleading or infringes third-party rights.

Refunds

Refund policy, including the case of a website unpublished for lack of review: to be defined by NexiLabs.

Domain and hosting

The domain is registered with you as the holder and NexiLabs manages it. The yearly fee covers the domain and hosting for one year and renews every year.

Your content

You are responsible for the texts, photos and data on your website, including what you change with the editor. We never publish figures, testimonials or data you did not provide.

Your data

We process your data according to our privacy policy, which you also accept by using the service.
